Emerging Trends in Real Estate is a flagship annual publication by PwC and the Urban Land Institute. The challenge was to translate the extensive content and data into a high-impact digital experience that would drive engagement at scale and significantly reduce outsourcing costs.

I led the concept design and the development of the Ceros template pages, transforming the 140 page static report into a streamlined, 50-page interactive experience enhanced with subtle motion and animated elements to improve usability and increase engagement.

RESULT
The final deliverable was one of PwC’s most viewed sites of the year, generating over 100,000 page views and a 54% engagement rate within 60 days, while saving approximately $200,000 in outsourcing costs.
