Purpose & Inclusion reports

PwC’s Purpose & Inclusion reports are an annual publication and website. The challenge was to translate detailed narratives and data into a dynamic digital experience that felt human, accessible, and engaging while reinforcing trust and accountability. 

I led the visual identity and interactive design, developing a layered data-storytelling approach that progressively revealed information through subtle motion, animated pop-ups, and interactive elements. The design system allowed users to quickly grasp key insights or dive deeper into workforce demographics, personal stories, or video insights, all while maintaining clarity and cohesion. 


RESULT
The final deliverable was an immersive, purpose-driven digital report that significantly increased engagement—driving a 34% increase in time spent on site and a 20% increase in full-report downloads within the first three months—and earned the 2024 WebAwards Best Advocacy Website award.
